Né en Californie, Peter Gillies a voyagé autour du monde avant de jeter l'ancre sur une île au large des côtes françaises. Touche-à-tout invétéré, il est écrivain de fictions sério-comiques, d'histoires pour enfants et d'exégèses débridées ; auteur-compositeur-interprète ; passionné d'art, de photographie et de cinéma ; bricoleur et quelque peu jardinier.
