Regine L. Sawyer is the writer and creator of several properties; including The Rippers, Ice Witch, and Eating Vampires. Regine is the founder of Women in Comics Collective International, an organization that focuses on highlighting the merit and craft work of BBIMP, especially that of women and non-binary people working in the comic book industry.
