I was blocking my blessings by letting fear hold me back. I was blocking my blessings by holding on to grudges, I was blocking my blessings by not forgiving. How could I expect God to forgive me if I could not find it in my heart to forgive others? I am in a great place in my life right now. I am in the habit of practicing gratitude. I truly believe in Karma and I act accordingly. I no longer live my life with regrets because you cannot change the past and it is a horrible way to live. Regret keeps you bound to the past and impedes your progress.. Im learning how to live in the moment and enjoy doing the things I love to do. She has two adult children and three grandchildren. She graduated from Strayer University with an MBA in 2013. She is a seasoned administrative professional with over 20 years of experience in government contracting. This is her first published book. In her spare time Jill loves to swim and is a Certified Water Aerobics Instructor. Jill also has started her side business as Yoni Steam Practitioner, she is a firm believer in alternative medicine and is dedicated to sharing this knowledge to empower women. Jill is an avid reader, love music and loves to dance. Her first love was dance, she took ballet, jazz, tap and modern dance from the age of 6 to 16. Her love of dance keeps her active and nourishes her spirit.
