Steve Bowkett taught secondary English for 18 years and enjoyed a 30-year career visiting hundreds of schools to work with children and deliver teacher training. He has published over two dozen educational books in the areas of literacy, creative writing, thinking skills, philosophy and wellbeing. Tony Hitchman has worked in a variety of primary schools teaching everything from Foundation to Year Six. He has held numerous posts including for Art, Design, Science and Curriculum Development and has worked as a Special Needs Co-ordinator, culminating in eleven years as a Head teacher at a predominantly service school with very high levels of mobility.
