There is no doubt today that Human Resources constitute the lifeblood of the company, alongside Financial Resources and Material Resources. A new trend adds a fourth component of Resources namely Temporal Resources. This present collection focusing mainly on Human Resources in general, we will analyze the different contours that lead a company to have Human Resources. A priori, the problem of the quality of these Human Resources in terms of performance (know-how) as well as that of integrity in terms of good conduct (savoir-être and savoir-vivre) arises acutely in the process of selection or recruitment of personnel. Recruitment is therefore a fundamental step that directly impacts the company's objectives in the short, medium and long term. We will take a hands-on approach supported by sharing operational past experiences of various interview sessions in various companies.
