It is also equipped with post object oriented animation and digital tracing for each discrete step of the simulation run. Finally, the book carried out sensitivity analysis with the developed package, hence, it can serve as an effective queueing model teaching aid.

Ugochukwu Okonkwo obtained PhD from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. He is currently a Lecturer in the same Department and University. His research interests include stochastic modelling and spare parts inventory. He is COREN registered, Member NSE, IAENG, etc
