Janeth Gómez (León, México, 1998) ha sido uno de los mayores fenómenos de Wattpad en castellano. Siempre ha sentido pasión por la literatura, en especial por los thrillers psicológicos, las novelas de terror y las de género romántico juvenil. A los dieciséis años, inspirada por un vídeo de YouTube, decidió escribir su primera obra, ¿Quién mató a Alex?, a la que poco a poco dio forma en la página web de lectura online Wattpad. Desde entonces, ¿Quién mató a Alex? se ha convertido en un fenómeno de ventas en España y Latinoamérica. También es la autora de El regreso de Anna Crowell y El asesino de Noxpoint.
