Autorenporträt
Barbara is a retired teacher who writes stories that are fun as well as educational. She's been a desert dweller in Phoenix, Arizona for over 40 years and enjoys being outdoors gardening, walking her dog, and admiring the wonders of nature. For several years, she and her husband owned a summer home in Minnesota to escape the heat as Sun Birds. Minnesota is where she fell in love with the Trumpeter Swans and the Common Loon and where she started writing children's picture books. Barbara has been blessed with two children who live close enough to come over for dinner and celebrate holidays together.
