William J. and Elaine A. Pepe have been volunteers with local historical groups for over a decade. Both are members of the Quincy Historical Society and the South Shore Historical Society and served on the Weymouth Historical Commission. They have collected postcards and other memorabilia of South Shore communities for over 40 years and authored Weymouth, in the Postcard History Series.
