Autorenporträt
Dr N.S. Rajan is the group chief human resource officer (CHRO) and a member of the Group Executive Council of Tata Sons. Rajan, formerly the global leader of people and organization at Ernst & Young, earned his PhD in leadership from IIT Delhi, and is a 1983-batch alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur and an economics graduate from Loyola College, Chennai. He has diverse interests including photography, travelling, blogging and social media. He speaks eight languages, pens poetry in three, and writes on business and leadership. Rajan is married to Vidya and blessed with a daughter, Deepa.
