Mr. Mills graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State with a BS Degree, Mathematics major and double minors in Physics and Industrial Arts. He served his Country for 40 years as a civilian working on Military Programs as a Computer Programmer, a Systems Engineer and a Program Manager. Also, Mr. Mills was a Sperry Rand Univac - Supervisor of Software Development for the NASA Apollo Lunar Landing Program. He is retired and living in Santa Maria, California. Rabbit Ear Mountain is his first book.
