This case study explores the journey of the Youth Recovery Coalition Society of Alberta as we pursue a dream. We use the concept of radical hope to describe our pursuit of the dream. We outline the shared values of empowerment, supportive relationships, social change, and learning as an on-going process that we adhere to when following this dream. We speak of how the community holds us accountable to these values, as well as how we can tell that we are on track with this dream. Finally, we look to the future, and conclude by investigating questions for future research and actions that resulted from the research.
