Prof. Dr. Gyan Prakash Pandey is Head of Department of Mass Communication in Assam University,Silchar. He has completed his higher education and Ph.D Degree from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has also served as Dean in Assam university, Silchar, Assam, India. He has got many research papers in International journals to his credit.
