Milagros Hortensia Manresa Rodríguez (Nuevitas, 1955). Periodista, guionista y directora de programas radiales, editora de la página Web y jefe del grupo de redacción digital de Radio Nuevitas. Egresada en 1984 de la Universidad de Oriente. En el 2011 discutió tesis Maestría en Ciencias de la Educación Superior.
