Since its startup in November 2004, RSA 99.1 FM has worked to fill its community role as an alternative educational and cultural resource by informing, entertaining, and involving international residents and visitors. RSA 99.1 FM, the radio station is a production of ACSA, Asociación Cultural Sol de Almijara, a not for profit associationofficially registered in Malaga, Spain.
