In 1910, when the football leagues had been established for a number of years, the Russian rulers of Poland gave permission for the formation of the "Radomskie Towarzystwo Sportowe" (lit: The Sporting Fellowship of Radom). The newly formed RTS was made up of five sections, namely football, cycling, tennis, ice skating and gymnastics. By this, time Milan had been crowned champions of Italy on three separate occasions (1901, 1906, 1907) whilst Poland would have to wait until 1921 to see Cracovia Kraków crowned as its first Champions.
