The importance of modern architecture in Offa could be ascribed to the coming of railway because of number of building erected in the railway quarters for the benefit of the railway workers. It serves as the bedrock of new architecture in Offa. The coming of railway transport encouraged the Muslim scholars to propagate the religion of Islam beyond the land of Offa. Not only this, it encouraged many Muslim to participate in pilgrims because of the availability of railway transport which remained the only means of transport for long distance before the coming air transport.
