Teresa Haven Pelinski was born on August 23, 1960, in Orangeburg, SC, to Jefferson D. Baltzegar and Lucretia K. Baltzegar. She retired from State Government in 2007 after 29 years of service and is now living in Gilbert, SC, married to John J. Pelinski, Sr. She has one daughter, 4 stepchildren and 8 grandchildren. She began singing in church as a child. She is a singer/songwriter and is currently working on her first album. She has her own ministry that she loves in helping others with encouragement, prayers and singing. She visits the sick in hospitals or at their homes when requested to do so, brings prayer and encouragement to the families going through difficult times. Mrs. Pelinski enjoys finding quiet time to have her bible study. She loves the Lord and has strong faith in him. She knows he was always with her and got her through depression as a child. She also enjoys painting and other crafts. She enjoys going fishing with her husband, John, and they participate in fishing tournaments together at times.
