Alongside her husband, Bill, Debbie cofounded BDA Development Ministries, a nonprofit aimed at supporting churches, equipping leaders and helping others. Debbie serves as the Women's Pastor and Sisterhood Director at Futures Church Gwinnett in Atlanta.
