Alicia Gavin, known to most as Dr. Alicia Delgado-Gavin, has spent over 20 years working in the social services field assisting clients with a gambit of behavioral and mental health disorders. Dr. Delgado-Gavin specializes in marriage and family relationships, suicide prevalence, domestic violence awareness, and empowerment. Rhasheed and Alicia decided to use their gifts and talents to promote positivity and healthy relationships. They speak on social media platforms and at summits while bringing a clinical and real perspective to any and every situation. They have written a couple's curriculum together called Raising a Village; Building an Empire, which talks about everyday situations that couples, families, and entrepreneurs face and tips on how to work through them. Rhasheed and Alicia Gavin aspire to continue promoting mental health wellness daily. They maintain peace and stability in their lives by praying daily, focusing on self-awareness, and practicing self-care.
