Deborah Winking, PhD, is a mother of four (including one child born with a rare neurological syndrome) and holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Illinois. She has worked with and advocated for countless children and families as an educator, school leader, consultant, and university researcher. Dr. Winking currently works at a bilingual public school with students of varying exceptionalities and their families.
