The Defining Issues Test (DIT) uses Kohlberg's Stages of Moral Development to measure participants' level of moral functioning. This book includes: A review of the literature surrounding ethical training models; Presents two different ethical decision making models; An outline of a traning model along with handouts and lesson plans; a description of the statistics usedand the results of the training model when used to train master's level counselors in training. Suggestions for further study concludes the book.
