Carol Bliefernich has an English Master of Fine Arts from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA. She taught actively for 24 + years plus was a school district administrator for almost 10 years. She has raised three sons and is now retired in the southern Catskill Mountain Region of New York State in the town of Highland Lake.
