It also explores the causes of the failure of the conference and the subsequent events, while concluding that the enforcement of a global human rights order is possible, even as NATO powers were not enthusiastic about it.
Autorenporträt
Bajram Gecaj nació el 13/04/1963, en Kosovo. Se licenció en Derecho en la Universidad de Pristina en 1987. En 2006 obtuvo un máster en Política Internacional y Diplomacia en la Universidad de Staffordshire (Reino Unido). Actualmente trabaja como especialista político senior en la Embajada de Estados Unidos en Pristina y también da clases de Política Exterior y Diplomacia.
