The Approach of Randomized Response Models (RRM) is quite new and has had been used in sensitive surveys to procure honest responses from the survey respondents. The RRM are used in the estimation of mean(proportion) of a sensitive quantitative(qualitative) variables. These models are based on the premise of random selection of the questions by the respondents rather than direct sampling. The respondents are provided a list of questions to select one of them through a given randomization device and are requested to report according to their actual status and the question selected. These models are shown to reduce the evasive answer bias and refusal rate. In this book qualitative as well qualitative RRM has been discussed. Their application in Logit estimation has been developed and their Application in Bayesian scenario is also the subject of this book.
