Serving people's needs is the foundation for servant leadership; b). Christian spirituality is a fundamental necessity for servant leadership. This curriculum is the result of research in areas related to leadership such as leadership theory, leadership styles and leadership development. It has been necessitated by a survey conducted by the researcher in the Methodist church in Kenya that reveals the need of servant leadership for effective ministry in this generation.
