A Dra. M. S. C. Sophia trabalha actualmente como professora de inglês no Aditya Engineering College, Andhra Pradesh. Prosseguiu os seus estudos superiores no Colégio Stella Maris de Chennai, recebeu o M.Phil e o Ph.D. da Universidade Acharya Nagarjuna, Guntur. Tem 18 publicações em revistas nacionais e internacionais e já apresentou 40 comunicações em Conferências.
