Today, the professional integration of people with disabilities is a problem facing all businesses, particularly banks. We see that they are increasingly committed to bringing their policy in line with the Disability Act of 2005, and to meet the obligations imposed by it. Our field study made it possible to highlight the disability policy deployed by two banks, Caisse d'Epargne and Crédit Agricole, which are among the most active banks in terms of disability, since they have been the only ones in recent years to have signed agreements on this subject. But what are the real effects of their actions? What are they focusing their efforts on in order to meet the 6% quota? In addition, this survey also revealed the approach used by the main player in disability, Cap Emploi, and that certain initiatives, such as those developed by HandiFormaBanque do not always have the desired effects.
