The tension on his arms kept his back pinned solidly against the rough, rocky surface. He could barely lift his head. He was naked, and his body was that of a grown man. How had he gotten into this fix? The last thing he remembered was his life as a young boy. The shadow passed over him again. Brian wriggled and twisted, but he could not move, or break free of his bonds. He looked up to see a huge eagle circling over him, and drawing closer and closer.
