Tesfaye Legese is a PhD candidate at AAU. He has produced several unpublished materials. His experience as lecturer for8 years in Kotebe CTE helped him to produce quality researches. This is his second book he has published. He has also translated handbooks for the Ministry of Education of Ethiopia and the Addis Ababa Education Bureau.
