Robin Renwick: Lord Renwick of Clifton, is a crossbench peer in the British House of Lords. During a long career in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office he became one of Margaret Thatcher's most valued advisers on foreign policy. He was later Ambassador to the United States. He is the author of A Journey with Margaret Thatcher and Helen Suzman.
