Indirect ways of investing in the real estates market include real estate investments trusts (REITs), real estate exchange traded funds (ETFs), and infrastructure funds. Due to the higher liquidity available in the market results to low transaction costs and capital requirements hence average investors prefer to indirectly invest in real estate. The study sought to investigate the factors affecting real estate investment in Kenya.
