Joy Shulman Earls wrote real estate articles for her local newspaper, the Missoulian, while working as a real estate broker in Western Montana. She was also featured in Montana 55. Joy has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan and a Master's of Public Administration from University of Montana. As a resident of Missoula for the past 42-plus years, Joy has been human resources director for the city of Missoula and Partners in Home Care, and executive director of the Montana Association of Home Health Agencies. Her work in corporate mediation and facilitation spanned several decades. Some of the most interesting work experiences she had were in the gold mines of Colorado and oil fields of North Dakota. She is the broker/owner of Joy Earls Real Estate in Missoula. Joy and her husband, Mark, own and operate Earls Construction Inc. Among other projects, they planned, developed, built, and marketed a development for people 55 and older.
