The purpose of this work is to carry out a program of collective housing with social character in the district of Joliette (second district) in Marseille. This project consists in the realization of a whole of thirty residences. To this program is added the equipment necessary for the good functioning of a group of collective housing. This exercise refers to very diversified fields of study. From political strategies to the economy of construction, through architecture and sociology. However, this work will be based on precise objectives that will allow us to target certain study themes.
