Retired after a long career with the airlines, author Joanne Patterson now enjoys life with her three shelties and spending time with good friends and family. A passion for animals and holistic medicine led her to become an Animal Reiki practitioner and for the past two decades she has treated and helped animals in need. For the past several years Joanne has been an active blogger on Facebook as well as facilitating a live daily commentary on a popular television soap opera.
