Rebranding federalism in heterogeneous societies such as Nigeria requires an urgent attention. The restructuring must be pursued tenaciously and pragmatically. This has not been achieved in Nigeria. Thus, the polity had tended towards disintegration in recent times. This book is therefore, a holistic view of Nigerian federalism and overconcentration of powers at the centre.
