Dawn A. Russell is Associate Professor and Purdy Crawford Chair in Business Law at Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University. Her research and writings have focused on international and comparative oceans law. David L. VanderZwaag holds the Canada Research Chair in Ocean Law and Governance at the Marine & Environmental Law Institute, Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University. He has written extensively in the marine and environmental law fields.
