The key intention of the conference was to provide an opportunity for the participants throughout the world to share their rich experience and ideas. O Dr. Chandrashekar Mallayya Mathapati é Professor Assistente no Departamento de Gestão, Universidade Feminina Akkamahadevi, Vijayapura. É titular do PG em Gestão, KSET, PGDIRPM, PhD. Tem cerca de 10 anos de experiência académica e 2 anos de experiência na indústria. Publicou 26 artigos e 6 capítulos. Também apresentou 36 comunicações em várias conferências.
