Autorenporträt
Dr. Marcal Graham has been the Director for the University of Maryland's Educational Opportunity Center (UM-EOC) for almost 10 years. Dr. Graham brings over 20 years of experience in the field of Educational Leadership and Non-Profit Management. He has dedicated much of his life to helping students and families overcome academic, economic, and professional obstacles. Prior to joining the University of Maryland Educational Opportunity Center, Dr. Graham worked with several Pre-K-12 charter schools in the District of Columbia in areas of data and assessment. In addition, Dr. Graham worked as a program analyst in the Central Office Accountability Department for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools in Charlotte, North Carolina where he trained administrators on how to analyze and evaluate data at the classroom, school, and district level. Dr. Graham also counseled and advised many middle school and high school students in the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on the importance of developing leadership skills which provided the impetus for him creating the MOVEME Model. Dr. Graham was also adjunct faculty at Temple University in the College of Education.
