Victor Fabiam Gomes Xavier est titulaire d'une licence en philosophie de la Faculté baptiste brésilienne, d'une licence en théologie de l'Université catholique de Pernambouc, d'un diplôme de troisième cycle en enseignement de la philosophie de l'Université Estácio de Sá et d'une maîtrise en sciences de l'éducation de l'Université Grendal. Il est actuellement professeur suppléant de philosophie à l'IF/SERTÃO.
