Education system in Romania no longer corresponds to the current needs of both children. The present project to meet the needs of active experiments new ways of building the central educational relations at early ages. The intervention consists in devising a program of continuous training for teachers in the field of relational competence, which offers a new and promising way to social and emotional needs of children by promoting their good condition.

Alina Georgeta Mag is a PhD Lecturer within The Teachers Training Department from ¿Lucian Blagä University of Sibiu, where she teaches early childhood and pedagogy courses and seminars, providing theoretical and practical support for the training of students.
