After reading Recovering from Dysfunction you will know that you are not alone, "less than," or incapable of change. The characters in these pages will offer you hope. The chapter titles say it all: "lost identity, renewed hope," "sex, anger and addiction" "depressed but not done," and "from rejection to redemption" among others. Paul brings to life the experiences of individuals found in Scripture whose stories are similar to ours. With a background both as a therapist and recovery leader he captures both the dysfunction and the recovery in stories like yours and mine.
