The City of Kisangani in the Democratic Republic of Congo has experienced an upsurge in road traffic accidents since 2012. Statistics have revealed that during this period, accidents on the road sections have taken a worrying proportion. It is in this context that we conducted our research, which proposes a diagnosis of the factors that are at the root of this reversal.
