However what happens if a country 'runs out' of employees? Germany's strong economy is facing difficult times: the former prime example of skilled and educated workers, who contributed to Germany's economic stability, is now struggling. German companies are confused and worried: is the demographical change leading to a lack of skilled labour in the near future? This dissertation will look this highly discussed topic and firstly analyses the German labour market and its outlook. Secondly, it questions from the perspective of the medium-sized IT company Legodo: which strategies can be recommended to fill-in a future lack of skilled labour in Germany?
