Doctor "Honoris Causa" by the Brazilian Academy of Philosophy. Director of the Institute of International Studies (IDEI) of Catholic University. Former President of the OAS Inter-American Juridical Committee. Head Professor of Public International Law of Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Professor of the Diplomatic Academy of Peru. Additionally, Professor of Integration Law and Foreign Investment in Master of International Affairs at Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. International Arbitrator. Co-Chair of the Berlin Potsdam Research Group "The International Rule of Law - Rise or Decline ?" (supported by the German Science Foundation since 2015). Associate Member of the Institut de Droit International (elected 2015). President of the German Society of International Law (2013-2017).
