Far from being allegorical issues, sustainability is proving decisive not only for the preservation of the environment, but also for the final decision of a potential client. How these issues are intensified within that customer and how the employee can be influenced by a culture within the institution are some of the issues to be addressed in this book. Culture is the key factor for the practice to be effective, so we will address the issues related to the mutual influence between the organisation and the employee's personality.
