Evangelist Sharon Y. Harley is the Founder and Overseer of Grace United Evangelical Global Ministries, Inc., formerly; Run and Shout Evangelical International Ministries, Inc. and The Burchie and Edmond Harley Center of Hope, Refuge and Restoration, also known as "OVERCOMERS".With determination to never give up, she gives credit to her challenges in life for shaping her into the woman she is today. Her faith, tenacity and trust in God have given her strength to "Stay In The Race" and look to God, for HIS plan of being "Redeemed Restored and Recommissioned".Her struggles have been featured in The Washington Post, Bowie Blade; and in 2011, she was highlighted in the magazine, Joshua's Journal, published by Reid Temple A.M.E. Church. Well-connected in the community, Evangelist Harley is the recipient of Prince George's County's Most Outstanding Advocate Award for Family Services and Mental Health; she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity, Diploma in Chaplaincy, Leadership and bestowed an Ambassadorial Appointment to the United Nations.With a B.S. Degree in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College, and her volunteer services at Children's National Medical Center, her focus in life remains the heart of the people, to give them HOPE.
