Howard Webb and his wife Lynette have served with Tandem Ministries in New Zealand for 26 years and are directors of Love Your Neighbour, a church consultancy that helps whole church families embrace their purpose. They live in West Auckland and have helped plant a church in Point Chevalier. They have three adult children -- Wesley, Dylan and Catherine.
