Jon Burroughs, MD, FACHE, FAAPL, is president/CEO of The Burroughs Healthcare Consulting Network Inc., Glen, N.H., which provides best-practice training and solutions to healthcare systems throughout the U.S. His work focuses on the areas of governance, performance improvement and patient safety, strategic planning models of integration and alignment, population health and the monetization of quality, among others. Dr. Burroughs serves on the national faculties of both ACHE and the American Association for Physician Leadership, where he has been rated consistently as a top speaker and educator. He also provides expertise on ways physicians and management can work together to solve quality, safety, operational and financial challenges.
