Exercise is a natural stress buster and anxiety reliever. Anxiety and depression are believed to stem from the same biological vulnerability, which may explain why they so often go hand in hand. It has been realized that the participation of sportsmen in competitive sports has intensified by psychic stress. Research shows that as little as 30 minutes of exercise three to five times a week can provide significant anxiety relief. A considerable amount of research has been done to as certain the effect of anxiety and psychological stress on the performance of motor skills of the players. This study will help the persons, who are effected with anxiety and depression.
